FitPlan is a mobile application that combines a vast database of over 1,700 exercises with artificial intelligence to generate personalized workout plans. Designed for weight training enthusiasts, it offers professional demo videos with multiple angles, progress tracking and custom plans based on goals, experience and availability.

Three usage modes: manual creation from exercise catalog, AI generation by answering a few questions, or preset templates (PPL, Upper/Lower, Full Body).
